Larry Dale Kindle

Larry Dale Kindle, son of Junior Loyd and Wanda Lee (London) Kindle, was born on November 24, 1946 at Prairie Grove, Arkansas and went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 20th in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 66 years, 7 months and 27 days.
Larry met the love of his life, Fern Perkins at Westville Schools after transferring from the Clearfork School. They were married on June 6th, 1965 and enjoyed 48 wonderful years of marriage.
Larry was a minister and preached his first sermon on September 28th, 1975. He was ordained on October 2nd, 1977. He was the pastor at Mountain View Free Will Baptist Church for the past 30 years. In addition to being a pastor, Larry worked at several jobs during his life including Flint Steel, Jet Stream Plastics, Construction, Self Employed Electrician, Poultry Farmer, Cattle Rancher and most recently was employed as the Maintenance Supervisor at Westville Public Schools.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Junior Loyd Kindle and Wanda Lee Kindle Long, one brother: Donald Eugene Kindle and one granddaughter: Emily Lynn Kindle.
He leaves behind a loving family and many wonderful friends. Surviving Larry is his loving wife: Fern Kindle of Westville, daughter: Shandra Langley and husband Mike of Westville, son: Brad Kindle and wife Becky of Tulsa, grandchildren: Kenilee Thurber and husband Charlie of Westville, Kyle Langley of Westville, Hannah and Emma Kindle of Tulsa, brothers: Kenneth Kindle and wife Mary of Westville, Mike Kindle and wife Janelle of Westville, Tammy Wilcoxen and husband Don of Kansas.

Larry is also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral services at 10 am on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Westville High School Auditorium with James Rice and Bart Skipper officiating. Interment follows at Westville City Cemetery.
