Edna Pearl (Falwell) Doyle, 98 years old, daughter of Willie Genoa and Eura Grace (Younger) Falwell was born March 20, 1917 in Claremore, OK and passed from this life on June 6, 2015 at her home she and her husband purchased in 1946.

Granny was baptized in 1931 and lived as a Christian all her adult life. She was influential on a global scale having taught more than 200 persons about Christ thru the World Bible School. She taught Sunday school while her health permitted. She also was a great cook, enjoyed making quilts as well as canning fruits and vegetables. She finished the 8th grade before having to leave school to help care for family but in 1977 she attended the Bill Willis Skill Center in Tahlequah and earned her GED with an almost perfect score.

She worked in factories, poultry processing plants and was a cook for Whitmire and Christie Schools. After the death of her husband Richard in 1998 she devoted her life to her children. Her main purpose in life was serving God and taking care of her family and she excelled at both.

Edna was preceded in death by her husband Richard, her parents, four brothers, three sisters, daughter; Lucy Ellen Best, son in law; Paul Neff, grandson; Jess Neff, infant great great granddaughter; Elise Neff.

She is survived by a very loving family that includes her children; Jim Doyle and wife Marilyn, Vivian Doyle Meridith all of Stilwell, OK, Particia Marylin Best Vaughan and husband Lebron of Westville, OK, Joyce Best Neff of Siloam Springs, AR, grandchildren; Paul Neff and wife Marisela, John Neff and Dr. Susan Vaughan all of Siloam Springs, AR, Sharon Vaughan Whitten and husband Kerry of Sand Springs, OK, Shanda Doyle Stevens and husband Philip, Steve Meridith and wife Penny all of Westville, OK, Casey Doyle and family of Lawton, OK. 12 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren, her youngest sister; Elizabeth Cole and husband Glen of Okay, OK, 3 sisters in law; Wanda Doyle Morton of Westville, OK, Mary Wanda Collins Doyle of Stilwell, OK, Bernice Doyle of Tahlequah, OK, a special nephew; Gary Wayne Doyle of Baron who always took care of her propane needs, several other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends also survive her.

Funeral services at 10 am on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Roberts & Hart Chapel, Westville, OK with Bro. Kerry Whitten and Bro. Charles Cash officiating. Interment followed at Westville City Cemetery, Westville, OK
