Clifford Ray Fletcher, the son of John Henry Fletcher and Mary Alberta (Green) Fletcher, was born August 10, 1948 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
He departed this life May 15, 2007 at his home in Watts, Oklahoma at the age of 58.
His surviving family includes one son, Jeffrey Fletcher, of Fayetteville, AR; one daughter, Christie Ashley, of Westville, OK; two brothers, Johnny Lee Fletcher and Roger Allen Fletcher, both of Watts, OK; one sister, Charlotte Myrick, of Gentry, AR, nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
