Brian Alan Medina was born June 28, 1986, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Bartolome Medina and Ronetta Sue Daugherty. He departed this life July 14, 2010, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 24 years and 16 days.
He was employed by Cherokee Nation Industries as a production worker. Brian was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Fourkiller Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death were, his maternal grandparents, Wyley Daugherty Sr. and Peggy Lou Daugherty, uncle, Wyley Daugherty Jr. and aunt, Margie Carol (Daugherty) Guevara.
Brian leaves behind his father, Bartolome Medina, of Atlanta, GA; mother, Ronetta Sue Romero; three brothers, Sergio Ryan Medina, Victor Jose Romero and Antonio Miguel Romero; two sisters, Martina Raquel Romero and Jovita Danielle Romero; girlfriend, Robin Bunch; best friend, Alan Gann, all of Stilwell. Several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive him.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 19, 2010, at Fourkiller Baptist Church with Carl Soap and Charles Hummingbird officiating. Interment will follow at Tyler Springs Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
