Sarah Faye (Craig) Young daughter of Fred Craig and Edna (Pipkin) Craig was born February 4, 1955 in Forrest City, Arkansas and departed this life on January 21, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age 64 years 11 months and 17 days.
Sarah loved life and her family but, her grandchildren were her entire world, she loved spending time and playing with them. She was also a huge fan of “The Walking Dead” and never missed an episode if she could help it. Sarah was also an avid football fan and, she enjoyed many years as a singer.
She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Edna Craig as well as seven brothers and sisters.
She is survived by a loving family which includes her children Jamie Smith and husband Bo of Colcord, Ashley Hickey and husband Steven of Westville, Michael McCollum and wife Corine of Westville and Brandon McCollum and wife Nancy of Westville, siblings James Craig of Charleston, Ark., Billy Craig of Stilwell, Judy Dress of Stilwell, Leon Craig of Ft. Smith, Ark., Terry Craig of Meridian, Miss., Donny Craig of Westville, and Robert Craig of Jefferson City, Mo.; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
Funeral services were held Friday, January 24, 2020 at Hart Memorial Chapel with Bro. Billy Craig officiating.
Interment followed at Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
