Violet C. Wyche also known to many as (Cis) was born April 25, 1926 in Clay County, West Virginia and departed this life on October 22, 2010 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 84 years, 5 months and 27 days.

She worked for 35 years at Bell School. She also worked for Stilwell Foods. Sis was a lifetime member of Copic Baptist Church but had been recently attending Bethel Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed reading, gardening, crossword puzzles and spending time with family.

Sis was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Gerald Wyche and 1 brother; Dickie Samples.

She is survived by a very loving family that includes her children; Gerald Wyche and wife Crystal , Brenda Joyce Wartenburg all of Stilwell, OK, Carol Lee Smith and husband Bill of Poca, West Virginia, Grandchildren; Dustyn Wyche and wife Margaret, Poke and Jordan Wyche all of Westville, Ok, Tiana Whittaker, Marcy Landers, Heather Marcum and Wade Hartwell. Siblings; Don Samples, Tony Samples, Phyllis Samples, Kay Kahn, and Sherry Bassey, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.

Memorial services were held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at the Daystar Mission Church, Stilwell, OK with Bro. Juke Kester officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
