Jesse Wayne Tidwell
May 27, 1948-January 7, 2008
Jesse Wayne Tidwell, the son of Millard Tidwell and Josaphine (Cornsilk) Moreland, was born May 27, 1948, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
He passed away January 7, 2008, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 59.
Jesse was married to Sammie Dillard. Their union was blessed with two sons, Brian and Michael. He was a veteran of the Army National Guard for 20 years, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents, one brother; Eric Tidwell, two nephews, Adam Moreland and John Wesley Anderson and one niece, Lynette Monks.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sammie Tidwell, two sons; Brian Tidwell and wife, Roberta, of Tahlequah, OK, Mike Tidwell and wife, Lisa of Stilwell, OK.
Services were held on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at Hart Memorial Chapel with Terry Olinghouse and Neal Dillard officiating.
Interment followed at Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
