Mary Blake Scott
February 19, 1931-March 15, 2008
Mary Blake Scott age 77 of Patterson, Louisiana, formerly of Mena, Arkansas and Stilwell, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, March 15, 2008 in Patterson LA.
She was born February 19, 1931 in Holly Creek, Oklahoma to the late J.N. Fair and the late Fanny E. Morris Fair.
She was united in marriage to Buck Scott. Mary was a retail clerk at Wal-Mart by profession and was of the Methodist faith. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.
She is survived by husband; Buck Scott of the home, daughter; Brenda Blake Orgeron and husband Harold of Patterson, Louisiana, grandchildren; Kayla Johnson Nunez and husband David of Foley, Alabama, Michael Blake Johnson and wife Danielle of Metairie, Louisiana, Great grandchildren; David Joseph Nunez, Jr. of Foley, Alabama, Blake Arthur Nunez of Foley, Alabama, Mikayla Elizabeth Nunez of Foley, Alabama, Justin Blake Johnson of Metairie, Louisiana, Joshua Noel and Jessica Renee Lecog of Metairie, Louisiana, sister; Dorothy Jeanne Umsted of Smithville, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her first husband of over 40 years, James Howard Blake, and her parents, J.N. and Fanny Fair.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 20, 2008 at the Beasley-Wood Chapel.
Interment will proceed later in the day at Stilwell City Cemetery in Stilwell, Oklahoma.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Harold Orgeron, Michael Johnson, Leslie Parnell, David Joseph Nunez, Jr., Blake Nunez, Keith Scott, Dustin Ross, and Dennis Johnson, Jr.
