Jamie William "Bill" Smith
March 6, 1971-November 16, 2007
Jamie William "Bill" Smith, son of James Roy and Jennie Sherley Smith, was born March 6, 1971 in Stilwell, OK., and departed this life on November 16, 2007 in Fayetteville, AR., at the age of 36 years, 8 months and 10 days.
Bill had worked for Tyson, formely owned by Hudson Farms, since 1990. He was a very loving son, husband, father and brother. He loved to go hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father; James Roy Smith, 1 brother; David Jackson, his maternal and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife; Stephanie Smith of the home in Stilwell, OK., 3 children; Jordan Smith, Chase Martin and Chandler Martin all of the home in Stilwell, OK, his mother; Jennie Smith, 3 brothers; Gary Jackson and Rick Jackson, James Smith and wife Teresa all of Stilwell, OK., 5 sisters; Joy Catron and husband Joe, Robin Murphy, Linda Doss all of Stilwell, Ok., Terrie Hughes and husband Jim of Locust Grove, OK., Sherrie Page and husband Edward of Ratton, OK, several other relatives and many, many friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 20, 2007 in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Chapel with Pastor Salaw Hummingbird officiating.
Interment followed in the Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
