William Gardner Ray

William Gardner Ray, 82 died April 15, 2007 in Edmond, OK.
He was born February 14, 1925 in Stilwell, OK the son of Arthur C. and Bessie Ray.
He was a US Navy Veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Joe, Jack and Tom, and a sister Gladys Musgrave.
Survivors include his wife Jessie Pauline Ray, a son; Joe Ray and wife Dorothy, grandchildren Heather, Taylor and Shannon Ray, a sister; Anna Mae Woods and several nieces and nephews.
Bill was an avid OU football fan. What he was most proud of were his titles; Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at Smith & Kernke Chapel in Oklahoma City, OK.
A second funeral service will be Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, OK.
Interment will follow in the Stilwell City Cemetery.
