Tommy Dale Rich, son of Lawrence Christopher and Rentha Mae (Daniels) Rich was born August 11, 1958 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on January 14, 2015 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 56 years, 5 months and 3 days.

He was a roofer by trade but enjoyed the last 10 years spent helping to operate the Cherry Tree Grocery. He really enjoyed visiting with the customers and made many friends. He also loved fishing, like to read and study his bible, and his kids and grandkids were the light of his life.

Tommy was preceded in death by his parents; Lawrence and Rentha Rich, 3 brothers; Johnny Rich, Ray Rich and Jimmy Rich, sister; Novel McCoy and several nieces and nephews.

He is survived by a very loving family that includes his children; T.J. Rich and wife Fran of Frederick Town, MO, Chris Rich and Fiance Stephanie Smith of Locust Grove, OK, Phillip Perry and Meagan Perry, 13 grandchildren; EagleDancer King-Rich, Cameron Rich, Chase Martin, Chandler Martin, Drew Allen, Makinleighe Rich, Jordan Smith, Sarah Teehee, Makayla Grigsby, Trace Rich, Reanna Rich, Brynley Rich and Raelynn Rich. Sisters; Wanda Case of Springdale, AR, Kay Bolin, Sue Poor and husband Grady, Judy Batt all of Stilwell, OK, Francis Unger and husband James of Tahlequah, OK, Neva Brown and husband Roy, Phyllis Kimble and husband Rick all of Stilwell, Ok, 2 uncles; Alva Rich of Sacramento, CA, and Jimmy Dean Daniels of Harrison, AR, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.

Funeral services at 2 pm on Monday, January 19, 2015 at Roberts Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, OK with Pastor Max Ford officiating. Interment followed at Stilwell City Cemetery.
