Juanita Thelma Johnson, daughter of Bailey Robert and Ranie Viola (Jones) Jordan, was born on September 16, 1930 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on February 28, 2018 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at 87 years of age.
Juanita married Lee Johnson November 23, 1950. The Lord blessed them with a wonderful life and family. Juanita was a homemaker. She loved taking care of her family and home. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and genealogy. One ofher favorite pastimes was making dumplings with her grandkids. She looked forward to family reunions. Westerns were her favorite TV shows.
She was preceded in death by her parents:, Bailey and Ranie Jordan, her husband, Lee Johnson, and sister, Leta Mae Fleig.
Juanita is survived by a loving and devoted family that includes her children, David Johnson, Daryl Johnson and wife Sandy, both of Stilwell, daughter, Brenda Chrisman and husband Brad of Edmond, grandchildren Andrea Sims and husband Tyler of Seattle, Kevin Chrisman of Edmond, Jennifer Johnson of Westville, Brian Johnson, Cary Johnson, Shaina Kindle and husband Lane, all of Stilwell, great –grandchildren Kaston Kindle, Izzy Barger, Karrina Johnson, a brother, Vernon Jordan of Tulsa, many other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 5, 2018 at Roberts/Reed- Culver Chapel, Stilwell, with Eldon Wilson officiating.
Interment followed
at Stilwell City Cemetery, Stilwell
