Thomas Michael Horn, son of Gary and Sue Ann (Paden) Horn, was born April 23, 1959 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on March 25, 2018 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years.
Tom graduated from Stilwell High School. He had a great love for playing his guitar, fishing, hunting, OU football, his dog “DeeBo” and especially enjoyed family time. He worked hard to provide for his family at Stilwell Memorial Hospital, a feed mill and retired from Franklin Electric.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and maternal and paternal grandparents.
Tom is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife; Patricia Horn of the home in Stilwell, two daughters, Crystal Braxton and husband William of Ft. Smith, Ark., Renee Walden of Tulsa, stepsons; Ryan Davis of Cookson, Colby King and wife Tierra of Harrison, Ark., grandchildren Caleb Walden, William Braxton Jr., Calvin Braxton, Hunter and Fisher Matlock, step -grandchildren; Payton and Kennedy King. siblings; Marty Horn and wife Pam of Westville, Sherry Clark and husband Randy of Sallisaw, Kristy Croley and husband Matt of Stilwell, uncle Mike Horn, several aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends also survive him.
Graveside services were held Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Stilwell City Cemetery, Stilwell, with Pastor Max Ford officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
