Joyce Ann Hill, the daughter of Ralph Bailey and Maxine Zook Bailey, was born August 6, 1934, in Jet, Oklahoma.
The Lord called her home on July 5, 2008, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas at 73 years of age.

On December 7, 1952, Joyce was married to Rev. Bob Batchelder in Enid, Oklahoma. Upon his passing, Joyce then married Jerry Bob Hill on December 18, 1999, in Stilwell, Oklahoma.
Joyce was a member of First Baptist Church where she had worked as church secretary and currently taught Sunday School. She was a homemaker who loved hunting, shopping, fishing, working in the yard, reading, gardening, teaching her class and spending time with her family.

She was precedded in death by her parents, her first husband; Rev. Bob Batchelder in 1992 and one brother; Gene Bailey.

Joyce is survived by a loving family which includes her husband, Jerry Bob Hill, of the home, three daughters; Glenda Lawson and husband, Nathan, of Springdale, AR., Karen Willis and husband, Scott, Sharon Prosper and husband, Andy, all of Flagstaff, AZ., two stepsons; Scott Hill and wife, Beth, of Rogers, AR., Darin Hill and wife, Valerie, of Ocala, FL., one sister; Juanita Guin, of Alice, TX., twelve grandchildren; Kristi Flake, Kathi Buster, Kari Lawson, Michael Macias, Michelle Mills, Michael Willis, Amber Willis, Amber Hill, Robyn Hill, Caleb Hill, Victoria Hill, Emily Hill, six great grandchildren with two on-the-way, and many dear friends and church family.

Services will be held 10:00 am Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at First Baptist Church in Stilwell with Bro. Roger Haney and Bro. Scott Hill officiating.
Interment will follow at Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
