Marianna Hallford, of Stilwell, Oklahoma was born April 9, 1929 in Pilot Point, Texas to A.C. Barnett and Alyene (Williams) Barnett and passed away June 30, 2016, in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 87.

She is survived by: two sons: Anton Bovos of Stilwell, Oklahoma Marc Bovos and wife Christy of Poteau, Oklahoma seven grandchildren: Ryan, Matt, and Hallie Bovos Brandy Brown Star Leach Lakota and Autumn Elliott five great-grandchildren. Many beloved nieces,nephews, other family members, and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.L. Hallford; her parents, A.C. Barnett and Alyene (Williams) Barnett; one sister, Alma Mae McCalman.

Marianna was a graduate of Stilwell High School, attended Northeastern State University, and was a graduate of St. Edward Nursing School in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a retired Registered Nurse, having worked as a Director of Nursing at the Stilwell Hospital, and as a Public Health Nurse at the Adair County Health Department. Marianna was an active and faithful member of the First Christian Church in Stilwell. She was a dedicated servant of her Lord and Saviour and a kind, loving wife and mother, who blessed her family and so many others in her life.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 1, 2016 at the First Christian Church in Stilwell, Oklahoma with Pastor Eldon Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers will be: Ryan Bovos, Matt Bovos, Rick Doherty, Bill Hill, Jeff Shockley, Hal Dowden Viewing will be from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home and she will be in state at the First Christian Church in Stilwell, Oklahoma from 12:00 p.m. until service time Friday.
