Jeremy Patrick A. Garrett, son of Ken Alan and Judy (Guffey) Garrett was born May 12, 1981 in Fayetteville, Arkansas and departed this life on April 29, 2007 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 25 years, 11 months and 17 days.
He is survived by his son; Bo Alan, his mother; Judy Magnusson, brothers and sisters; Jaimie and Jake Magnusson all of Oklahoma City, OK, Ty and Samantha Garrett both of Tahlequah, OK, grandmothers; Mary Jane Guffey of Proctor, OK, Vivian C. Garrett of Stilwell, OK, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and many, many friends also survive him.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 2, 2007 in the First Christian Church with Kevin Spurlock, Jack Steele and Jeremy Cloud.
Interment followed in the Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
