Bill Joe Goodwin Jr.
February 27, 1954-January 21, 2008

Bill Joe Goodwin Jr. was born February 27, 1954, in Stilwell, Oklahoma to Bill Joe Goodwin and Beverly (Keith) Goodwin.
He passed away suddenly on January 21, 2008, at the age of 53 years, 10 months and 25 days.

Bill was married to Donna Diane Gore and their union was blessed with three children; Lance Brandon, Layna DaNae and Cameron Lake.

He graduated from Stilwell High School and received a doctorate degee in dentistry from Oklahoma University. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Broken Arrow, OK.

Bill was an avid fan of OU football and loved playing with his grandchildren and his dog, Cody. Woodworking and oil painting were just a few of his many interest.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 36 1/2 years, Donna Goodwin of the home, his parents; Bill and Beverly Goodwin of Stilwell, OK, his children; Drs. Lance and Molly Goodwin of Catoosa, OK, Layna and Jason Vann of Carthage, MO., and Cameron Goodwin of Broken Arrow, OK, three sisters; Barbie Adair and husband Joe of Stilwell, OK, Beth Hill and husband Scott of Rogers, AR, Becky Gray and husband Richard of Wagoner, OK, grandchildren; Layson Goodwin Vann, Brandon Luke Vann, Julianna Alandra Layne Vann, Ella-Grace Jayne Vann and Jackson Jay Vann of Carthage, MO, Braxton Luke Goodwin, Braden Joseph Goodwin and Beau Aaron Goodwin of Catoosa, OK. Numerous relatives and friends also survive him.

Funeral services were held 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 25, 2008, at First Baptist church with Bro. Scott Hill and Bro. Charles Crozier officiating.
Interment followed at Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
