Reggy Earl Cox, son of Wesley Lee Sr. and Lura (Osburn) Cox was born October 23, 1955 in Bakersfield, CA and departed this life to be with our Lord on April 11, 2015 in Stilwell, OK at the age of 59 years, 5 months and 19 days.

Reggy graduated from Stilwell High School in 1973. He married the love of his life Vicki Christie on July 24, 1976 and to this union 2 daughters were born; Crystal and Sarah. He gave his life to the Lord as a teenager. Reggy would read his Bible daily, loved spending time in the word and was very devoted in his walk with Christ. He had many hobbies but really enjoyed panning for gold, hunting, any and all sports as well as antiquing with his wife. He had a green thumb and was very talented in landscaping, gardening, watching westerns and reading Louis L'amour books. Reggy could build anything with his hands. He loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren and enjoyed teaching them different things that they will treasure throughout life.

He was preceded in death by his father; Wesley Cox Sr.

Reggy is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife; Vicki of the home in Stilwell, OK, 2 daughters; Crystal Cox-Crittenden and husband Bobby of Stilwell, OK, Sarah Cox of Lt. Gibson, OK, grandchildren; Taylor Crittenden of Norman, OK, Jesse Crittenden, Tenille Leatherwood, Randi Hardbarger all of Stilwell, OK, Mallory and Maggie Baker of Lt. Gibson, OK. Mother; Lura Cox, siblings; Peggy Ritchie and husband Jack, Wesley Cox Jr. and wife Susan, Jenny Panter and husband Steve, Betsy Cox-Loden all of Stilwell, OK, John Cox and wife Rhonda of Peggs, OK, Burl Cox of McAllen, TX, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.

Funeral services were held at 1 pm on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at New Life Church, Stilwell, OK with Bro. Mack Crittenden, Pastor Max Ford and Bro. Kevin Davis officiating. Interment followed at Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Roberts Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
