Genesis Yarel Alvarado, infant daughter of Gaviyael Alvarado, was born and then passed away on October 30, 2011, at Tahlequah City Hospital.

She is survived by her mother, Gaviyael Alvarado, of Stilwell; her grandparents, Maria Alvarado and Justino Alvarado, of Stilwell; one aunt, Elizabeth Alvarado; two uncles, Christopher and Daniel Alvarado, of Stilwell.

Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at the San Juan Diego Mission. Burial will follow at Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
