Darline Faye Springwater, daughter of Robert Earl and Viola (Mayer) Stevens, was born on October 1, 1935 in Walch, Colorado and departed this life on Friday, May 4, 2012 in Thomas, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years, 7 months and 2 days.

Darline was a loving mother and wife. She enjoyed quilting and crocheting. Her family was deeply important to her and she loved every minute she spent with them. Darline attended the Missionary Baptist Church in Westville when able. She was wonderful lady that will be missed by all of her family and friends.

Preceding her in death was her husband: Eli Springwater, daughters: Virginia Wilson, Mary Louise Springwater, parents: Robert and Viola Stevens, brothers: Leroy Stevens, Orville Stevens, sisters: Nellie Mae and Dorothy.

Those remaining behind to keep her memory are her children: Virgil Springwater, Larry Springwater of Thomas, OK, Tommy Springwater and wife Debra of Stilwell, OK, Betty Weaver and husband Randy of Thomas, John Springwater and wife Paula of Thomas, 13 grandchildren: Sunshine and Janice Springwater, Wesley and Robert Mickel, Tressa Scialabba, Katie, Kevin and David Weaver, Soloman, Eli, Grace, Elzora and Billie Marline, 5 great grandchildren: Sydney, Corbin, Serenity, Johnny and Lisa, sisters: Mildred Welch of Garden City, KS, Betty Cook and Josephine Mays of Yuma, AZ, brother: Lester Stevens of Chickasha, OK. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Graveside services were held at 10 am on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Spade Mountain Cemetery.
