Philip Henry Mahaney Son of Teddy Lee and Beryle Louise (Row) Mahaney-Holton was born September 1, 1950 in Klamath Falls, OR and departed this life to be with our Lord on February 6, 2009 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 58 years, 5 months and 5 days.

Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Pentecostal Holiness Church with Bro. Hubert Sponsler and Bro. Terry Tatum officiating.

Interment followed in the Spade Mountain Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
