Funeral services for Roy Eubanks, 72, were held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 2, 1998 at the Hart Memorial Chapel with Rev. Michael Fink officiating.
Burial was at the Spade Mountain Cemetery.
He was born May 30, 1926 in the Lyons Switch community to Hubert and Ollie Petree Eubanks. He died Monday, November 30, 1998 in the home at Rocky Mountain at the age of 72 years and 6 months.
Roy was a retired dairy farmer and a volunteer fireman with Hwy. 100 West. He was also a member of the Rocky Mountain Bible Church.
He was married to Wilma Jane Cain on June 19, 1948 in Cherokee County, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Leonard, Floyd, Boyd, Loyd and Troy Eubanks; and one sister, Gladys Swafford.
Roy is survived by his wife, Wilma of the home; one daughter, Brenda of Okla.; five sons, Rickey, Randy, Roger, Mickey and Mark; two sisters, Ethel and Goldie; one brother, Claude, all of Okla.; 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
