Sybil Pearl Eubanks was born in Davenport, Oklahoma on June 4, 1925 to Jack Radford and Ollie Bowers Radford. The Lord called her home on January 9, 2011 while at home.
She resided in the Rocky Mountain Community for most of her life. She was married to Boyd Eubanks on July 10, 1942. She enjoyed being outside and working in her flowers. She also loved Christmas time; she looked forward to lighting up her yard for all of the children to see. She worked as a foster grandparent at Rocky Mountain School after retiring from the Campbell Soup Company in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was a devoted member of the Rocky Mountain Bible Church and she dedicated her life to serving her Lord. She was an inspiring role model to all who knew her.
Sybil was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Boyd, three brothers; Edward, Ervin and Earnest Radford. Three sisters; Edna and Helen Radford, Ruby Sanders. Two infant children, one infant grandson and one son Dennis.
Sybil is survived by one brother, Jewel Radford of Redding, California. One sister, Joyce Turner and husband Vonnie of Sallisaw, OK. One son, Larry Eubanks and wife Gloria of Stilwell, OK. Two daughters, Vivian Parks and husband Farrell of West Fork, AR and Kathy Johnson and husband Barry, also of Stilwell, OK. Ten grandchildren, Tony and Lance Eubanks, Michael and Aaron Parks, Denise Hooper, Amber and Jaci Eubanks, Jeromy Johnson, Mistie Bunch and Holly Johnson. Twenty great grandchildren, Brook, Cory, Adilynn Kayce, Michaela, Jolyn, Asher, Ben, Cody, Justin, Demi, Dakota, Josh, Summer, Chase, Tye, Cole, Kinley, Cobie, Slade and Talib. One great, great granddaughter, Lola and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Chapel with Bro. Rob Matlack, Bro. Randy Proctor and Bro. Leo Allard officiating. Interment followed at Spade Mountain Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
