Derrick Brannon the son of Darren and Tonya Brannon, was born December 12, 1989 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He went to be with the Lord on April 23, 2018 at the age of 28 years and 4 months and 11 days.
He was a very loving, compassionate, smart, and caring person, who was always there to lend a listening ear.
Derrick loved Linkin Park, playing video games, reading comic books and detailing cars. He enjoyed golfing and he was a very detailed and neat person, always keeping everything so neat and clean.
He was a member of Barber Baptist Church and he loved serving the Lord and reading his bible. His favorite verse was John 3:16.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, L.D. Brannon, John Wayne Dilday and Jerry Teehee.
He is survived by his wife of 8 years, Brittney Brannon and unborn child, of the home in Stilwell; parents Darren and Tonya Brannon and sister DeShay Brannon of Tahlequah, OK; grandmother Wanda Brannon of Stilwell; uncles Preston Brannon and wife Darla of Tahlequah, OK, Sam Brannon and wife Rosa of Stilwell, and first cousin Patrick Brannon of Stilwell. Derrick is survived by many friends and loved ones.
All of us will miss his smile, kindness and sense of humor. Derrick will always be remembered in the hearts of those who loved him.
Funeral
services were held 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2018 at Hart Memorial
Chapel.
Interment followed at Spade Mountain Cemetery under the
direction of Hart Funeral Home.
