Roy Steven Littledeer, son of White and Annie (Jones) Littledeer was born May 7, 1947, in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on October 8, 2008 in Stilwell, OK, at the age of 61 years, 5 months and 1 day.

He loved spending time with family and friends. He liked to make people laugh. He could always cheer up his friends and family, even on his bedside he was making people laugh. He also loved playing the guitar. He was saved on June 6, 1984.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents; White and Annie Littledeer, 2 brothers; Louie and Woodrow Wilson Littledeer.

He is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife of over 25 years; Caroline Littledeer of the home in Stilwell, OK, daughter; Frances Littledeer Flute and husband Archie of Bunch, OK, 3 grandchildren; Felicia, Ashley, and Indian Flute, 1 great grandson; Chujah Whitedeer Flute, 3 step children; Bobby Adair and wife Jennifer of Tahlequah, OK, Gloria Bluebird and husband Vincent of Flint Ridge, OK, Martin Adair and wife Beatrice of Stilwell, OK, 12 step grandchildren, 1 step great grandson whom were all precious to him. 2 brothers; Dave Sanders and wife Pat, Johnny Wolf and wife Beverly of Stilwell, OK, 4 sisters; Nancy Sawney, Polly Springwater and companion Charlie Smith, Mary Canoe and husband Leroy, Linda Cochran and husband Willard all of Stilwell, OK, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends also survive him.

Funeral services were held Monday, October 13, 2008 in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Chapel with Bro. Lawrence Eagle officiating. Interment followed in the Salem Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral home.
