Masen Alexander Coffman, son of Lendell Travis and Kaci Elaine (O’Fields) Coffman Jr was born August 28, 2017 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and received his angel wings on March 20, 2018 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 6 months and 20 days.
He always had a big smile on his face, and he lit up every room he entered. He loved bath time and chewing on his toes. He enjoyed hanging out and playing with his big sister. He was always excited when his mommy would come into view especially early in the mornings. He loved his binky, blue bear and anything he could get to chew on. He was given the name fast deer in Cherokee by his Pa-Paw and Nanny the day he was born. He was daddy’s little buddy. If he could hear his dad, he would try to get to him no matter where he was. God allowed us to have him for a short time, and perfect little angels are hard to find, but he hand chose this one. Masen will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his great-great-grandparents; Arch Vann, Sarah Mae Soap, George Polecat Sr., Alexander and Anna Conley, Austin and Margaret Coffman, great-grandparents; Katherine and James Dunn, Ina and Joe O’Fields, special aunt; Kellie Polecat and five special babies.
Masen is survived by a very loving family that includes his mom and dad; Travis and Kaci Coffman, sister; Kymbrie Coffman all of the home in Stilwell, grandparents; Lori and Randall Hudson of Stilwell, Hilary Dunn of the home in Stilwell, Lendell Coffman Sr. of Virginia, Harold O’Fields of Tahlequah, great-grandparents; George and Frances Polecat of Stilwell, Skip and Miriam Coffman of Virginia. Great-greatgrandma; Mary Vann, uncles; Dewayne O’Fields and wife LaKeila of Stilwell, Tyler Coffman and fiancée Genieve Konetzka of Virginia, cousins; MaKayla and Krisslyn O’Fields and Lydia Coffman, a host of other relatives and many friends also survive him.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 26, 2018 in the New Life Church with Rev. Channing Howard and Rev. Kevin Webster officiating.
Interment followed in the Salem Cemetery under the direction of
