Florence (Watie) Chuculate
Florence (Watie) Chuculate, the daughter of Johnson Watie and
Eliza Sawney Watie, was born June 6, 1936 in Tahlihina,
Oklahoma and passed from this life on November 30, 2021 at her home in Stilwell,
Oklahoma at the age of 85 years, 5 month and 24 days.
Florence was a homemaker who
enjoyed her role as caregiver to her family. She was a mother and grandmother
like no other and had a great love for her children, grandchildren and many
friends. Florence was a wonderful cook and no one left her table hungry. She
enjoyed fishing and watching wrestling.
Florence was preceded in death by
her parents, brothers Buch Taylor, Dave Watie and Ray Watie and grandchildren
Shane (Bam-Bam) Watie, Shawn (Big Boy) Watie and Thomas Hopkins.
She
leaves behind a loving family which includes her sons Mike Watie and Charles
Watie of Stilwell; daughter-in-law Sherry Davis; grandchildren Krystal Watie,
Lil Mike Watie and companion Shaniah Vann, Lavel Watie, Nicole and Daniel Nixon,
David and Amanda Hopkins, Candice and Jerod Neal and great grandchildren Summer
Smith, Kira Watie, Kaydence Watie, Kaitlin Moore, Kiryn Watie, Uriyah Watie,
Kobe Watie, Mia Watie, Trinity Watie, Abbiegayle Neal, Abreeonna Neal, Hunter
Hopkins and Chance Hopkins.
Many other family and friends also survive
her.
Graveside Service was held at 2:00
PM, Friday, December 3, 2021 at Salem Cemetery under the direction of Harts
Funeral Home, Stilwell, OK.
