Brian Frederick Cheromiah Jr., son of Brian Frederick and Janice (Duncan) Cheromiah was born April 9, 1985 in Grants, New Mexico and departed this life on September 17, 2010 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 25 years, 6 months and 8 days.
He was a very loving son, father, brother and uncle to his family. He also enjoyed weight lifting.
Brian was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandfathers; Frederick Cheromiah and Felix Duncan, 1 cousin; Richard Dale Canoe Jr.
He is survived by a very loving family that includes his 2 daughters; Brilynn and Briah Cheromiah of the home in Stilwell, Ok, companion; Lacie Gann of Stilwell, Ok, his parents; Brian Cheromiah Sr. and companion Lavern, Janice Cheromiah all of Stilwell, Ok, 2 brothers; Brad Cheromiah and wife Kristi, Brett Cheromiah, 1 sister; Brianna Valdez all of Stilwell, Ok, 1 niece; Brooklyn Cheromiah of Stilwell, Ok, Grandmothers; Nellie Duncan and Josephine Cheromiah, Uncles; Gene Riddle and Wife Caleen, Richard Canoe and wife Doris, Felix Duncan Jr, Wayne Duncan all of Stilwell, Ok. Aunts; Marilyn Perez, Cherokee Livers and husband Burl all of Stilwell, Ok, Darlene Sanchez of Las Cruces, NM, Mary Pino and husband Erwin of Laguna, NM, Danielle Cheromiah of Las Cruces, NM, Corene Sarracino of Laguna, NM, several great aunts, great uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends also survive him.
Funeral services were held, Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Chapel with Bro. Charles Hummingbird and Bro. Gary Leach officiating. Interment followed in the Salem Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
