Harold Wayne “Indian” Bottoms son of Carl Wayne Bottoms and Jacqueline Margaret Pruitt was born March 21, 1965 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on July 18, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 53 years.

He graduated from Stilwell High School in 1983 where he was a star football player holding many records for a long time. He still holds the record of most interceptions in a career. He then went on to serve his country proudly stationed in Biloxi, Miss., In the United States Air Force. Some of his favorite hobbies included Eddie Martin Racing, fishing, reading the Tulsa World sports page, OU football and basketball and thoroughly enjoyed anything sports but his favorite was basketball.

Harold was preceded in death by his dad; Carl Wayne Bottoms.

He is survived by a very loving family that includes his mom; Jackie Hopper and husband Gary of Sherwood, Ark., siblings; Dutch Bottoms and wife Danyel of Copperas Cove, Texas, Jack Bottoms and wife Sherry of Stilwell, Danielle Hopper, Nicole Proctor and husband Justin, other special family members; Frances Bottoms and Logan Campbell. Nieces and nephews; Sarah, Jordan, Brandon and wife Sarai, Jackie Bob Bottoms, great nieces and nephews; Ameliya, Gabriel and Bekah, several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends also survive him.

Funeral services were held Monday, July 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Chapel with Bro. Leon Hitcher officiating.

Interment followed in the Reese Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
