Karol Kay (Hubbard) Walters, daughter of Walter and Lily (Hamilton) Hubbard was born June 26, 1955 in Fayetteville, Arkansas and departed this life on December 15, 2019 in Springdale, Arkansas at the age of 64 years, 5 months and 19 days old.
 

Karol was raised in the Clearfork and Proctor communities attending grade school in those areas. She graduated from Westville High School in 1973 and received a business degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah. She did her graduate work at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

Working as a secretary at Franklin Electric in Siloam Springs, Arkansas she retired in 1996 making her home in the Westville area.
 

She is survived by her mother Lily of Proctor, one sister Kathleen Leatherwood and husband Rick of Proctor, a first cousin Sherman Hamilton of the home, a number of cousins and other relatives. along with her two special dog companions Bear and Bitsy who were so devoted to her


She was preceded in death by her father Walter and twin brother Darrell Jay.


Funeral services were held Friday, December 20, 2019 at Roberts & Hart Chapel, Westville, with Danny Crittenden officiating.

Interment followed at Proctor Cemetery, Proctor.
