Tim Sanders, 83. a native of Adair County, died Sunday. Nov. 26 in a Muskogee hospital after a long illness. Sanders, born Sept 10. 1884. is survived bv his wife, Mrs. Lizzie Sanders of the home, Route 1 Stilwell; three sons, Steve Sanders Marble City, Jim Sanders, Bunch, and Soldier Sanders, Cherokee, NC; four daughters, Nora Inman, Norma Inman, and Frances Parks, all of Tulsa, and Katherine Clay, Wellton, Arizona; two brothers, Baxter and Slick Sanders, both of Stilwell; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Three of his grandsons are in the U.S. military service.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Pritchett private cemetery under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
