Morgan Wilson Adair, son of Russell S. Adair and Carolyn (Turn) Adair, was born on January 8, 1991 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life for Heaven on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at his home in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 27 years.
Morgan was re-dedicated to the Lord on March 6, 1991 at Log Cabin Church by Bro. George Polecat.
Morgan attended preschool through the 12th grade at Stilwell. He graduated May 15, 2009. Morgan then attended Carl Albert University in Sallisaw. He was unable to finish his studies due to health problems.
He enjoyed watching television and sports. His favorite teams were the OU Sooners, Kansas City Chiefs and New York Yankees.
Morgan liked texting his friends and he had his coon hunting site, “The Central and Southland Coonhunters.” He listed coon hunts for hunters in Oklahoma, Arkansas and all other states. He made a lot of friends through his website.
He was preceded in death by his father, Russell S. Adair, grandparents, Samuel W. and Sarah E. Adair, Donald G. and Faye R. Turn, brother: Jimmy R. Adair, and several aunts and uncles that he enjoyed.
Morgan is survived by his mother, Carolyn J. Adair, brothers: Jonathan J. Adair, Sam C. Adair and wife Nila of Westville, a sister: Jody Hughes and husband Mike of Broken Arrow, aunts, Lorene Childers of Jenks and Peggy (Pat) Denton of Tulsa, along with many other relatives and lots of friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, October 15, 2018 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel, Stilwell, with Josh Hopkins, Terry Mays and Drew Newberry officiating.
Interment followed at Oak Grove Cemetery, Stilwell, under the direction of Roberts/Reed- Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell.
