Pauline Livers, daughter of Jerry and Louise (Pritchett) Nofire, was born on May 25, 1955 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and passed from this life on March 19, 2019 at 63 years of age.
She loved God and loved life. Pauline was a warm and welcoming soul, who always put others before herself. She was a good Christian woman. Pauline was a devoted member of Oak Ridge Church and had served as Treasurer. Some of her favorite pastimes were to attend Cherokee singings, taking road trips with her husband, Jim, wearing crazy looking hats for the enjoyment of others and herself and she liked to dance around the house. Her cooking was amazing. Stories are told about her mouth-watering fry bread. Pauline was the matriarch of the family. She took care of the whole family, including her dad, Jerry, while her health permitted. Her grandchildren were the light of her life and she loved them dearly. Earlier in her life, she was a personal care aide. She enjoyed her job helping others who couldn’t help themselves.Interment followed at Nofire Cemetery, Stilwell.
