Harold Lloyd Stacy, also known as “Dew,” son of Ernest and Elma Agnes (Watkins) Stacy, was born May 29, 1934 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on April 15, 2019 in Stilwell at the age 84 years.
Harold loved fishing, gardening, hunting, searching for mushrooms, he also enjoyed all types of animals especially his dog “Amy.” Harold enjoyed his daily visits to the post office to visit with friends but most importantly he enjoyed watching his grandchildren and great-grandchildren play ball while his health permitted. Harold worked in the propane delivery business for over 31 years to provide for his family.Harold is survived by a very loving family that includes his daughters; Connie Hamlin and husband Farrell, Debra Brown and companion Robert Neeley, Darlene Putnam and husband Mark Sr., Roberta Oliver and husband Tommy, 11 grandchildren; Kari “Charlie” Benham, Dallas Pettigrew, Pete Brown (Karlene), Dea “Jo Bob” Wolfe (Sib), Chastity Putnam, Kendra Crawford, Mark “Pe’no” Putnam Jr. (Jada), Justin “Jackknife” Hopkins (Cheri), Brad “Grub” Crawford (Kay), Matt Putnam and Kim Brown. 20 great-grandchildren, brother; Ernest Stacy, sisters-in-law; Naomi Keys, Margie England, brother-in-law; Sam England, several other relatives and many, many friends also survive him.
Funeral services were held Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Roberts/Reed- Culver Chapel, Stilwell, with Bro. Bill “Sib” Wolfe and Bro. Glenn Hopkins officiating.This site may be freely linked, but not duplicated in any way without consent.
