Beverly Ann Hopkins, daughter of Otto and Rachel (Laninnie) Steinhoffer was born October 26, 1938 in Eureka, Calif., and departed this life on September 18, 2016 in Stilwell at the age of 77 years.
Beverly had a smile that would light up any room. She loved watching cars go by, visiting with friends, playing bingo, doing crossword puzzles and cross stitch, and thoroughly enjoyed painting at the citizens center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Riley Hopkins, three children; Buster Hopkins, Darlene and Florene Hopkins, granddaughter; Patricia Smith and her sister; Collette Oxley.
Beverly is survived by a very loving family that includes her children; Henry Hopkins and wife Kay, J.C. Hopkins all of Stilwell, Larry Hopkins and wife Mary of Prairie Grove, Ark., Annie Hopkins, Jo Bailey, Rachel Jiles and husband William all of Stilwell, Delie Mowels of Chico, Calif., grandchildren; Taylor, Dillon, Timothy, Jason, Amber, Kelsey, Darla, Brandon, Nathan, Storm, Shawn, Buster, Calvin, Dennis, J.R., Cassie, Cody, sisters; Amy Harrison and Nellie Robinson both of California.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2016 at Honey Hill Cemetery, Stilwell, with Eldon Wilson officiating.
Interment followed under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
