Frieda Marie (Mankiller) Mullins, daughter of Charley and Clara Irene (Sitton) Mankiller, was born on July 1, 1938 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on Monday, July 8, 2013 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years and 7 months.
Frieda was blessed with a large, loving family. She enjoyed the time she was able to spend with them. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Frieda worked for the Cherokee Nation Housing Authority as a Case Manager. She was a warm and loving person who will be fondly remembered.
Preceding her in death was her father: Charley Mankiller, daughter: Laura Rackliff, great grandson: Victor Damien Rackliff, brothers: John, Robert and Richard Mankiller, sisters: Wilma Mankiller and brother-in-law: Bob Willingham.
She is survived by her mother: Clara Irene Mankiller, children: Mitchell Robertson of Tahlequah, OK, Anita Williams and husband Mark, David Robertson and wife Pam, Lloyd Robertson, all of Stilwell, OK, Sandra Brumley and husband Timothy of Broken Arrow, OK, Diana Snyder and husband Michael of St. Petersburg, FL, 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, brothers: Louis Don Mankiller and wife Lavina of Stilwell, James Mankiller and wife Lula of Keys, OK, William Mankiller and wife Annette of Stilwell, sister: Frances Willingham of Tahlequah. Many other relatives and friends also survive Frieda.
Funeral services were held at 10 am on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel with Bro. Donald Robertson officiating. Interment followed at Echota Cemetery.
