Herbert Dale Dugger was born February 22, 1951, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Willard “Chooch” Dugger and Katherine Mae (Jaco) Essex. At the age of 59, he departed this life August 28, 2010, at Stilwell Memorial Hospital.
Herbert was married to Beverly Bunch. He worked as a landscaper and planted trees, until he became disabled. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, antique shopping and spending time with his grandchildren. He was of the Pentecostal faith.

His parents and three sisters, Betty Farmer, Darlene Smith and Geraldine Anderson, all preceded Herbert in death.
His surviving family includes his wife, Beverly Dugger, of Stilwell; son, Anson Bunch, of Lexington, OK; brother, Ronnie Dugger and wife, Vickie, of Stilwell; six sisters, Lillian Pardo, Marlene Morfin and husband, Gonzalo, all of Santa Rosa, CA, Patricia Milliron and husband, David, and Reba Valdes, all of Stilwell, Debbie Marcus, of Guymon, OK and Donna Joe Dugger, of Henryetta, OK; three grandchildren, Katelyn Renae Sewell, of Tahlequah, Samantha and Tabitha Bunch, of Georgia and two best friends, Sam Kunhne, of Middletown, CA and Karen Lopez, of Stilwell.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 2, 2010, at Echota Baptist Church with Bro. Merle Gregory officiating. Interment will follow at Echota Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
