Bobby Loyd Pettigrew
October 28, 1948 - January 7, 2006
Funeral services for Bobby Loyd Pettigrew were held on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Roberts/Reed - Culver Funeral Home in Stilwell. Bob was born to Atha Jean Pettigrew and the late Carl Pettigrew of Stilwell on October 28, 1948 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
He died unexpectedly on Saturday, January 7, 2006 in the Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his father; Carl, and nephew, Steven Ketcher.
Bob is survived by his wife Sharon of 35 years, and sons, Joshua and Lance Pettigrew and three grandchildren, Tylar, Haley and Jaci Pettigrew all of Stilwell. His mother, Atha Jean of Stilwell, two brothers, Dr. Carl Bryan Pettigrew of Oklahoma City, and John Pettigrew of Stilwell and one sister, Carolyn Toeller of Stilwell, and a special friend Ronnie Goodall of Stilwell, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends
Bob was a welder, farmer and a Vietnam Veteran and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He was laid to rest in the Ewing Chapel Cemetery in Stilwell with military honors.
