Loyce Bailey, daughter of George W. and Grace Ethel (Wine) Moss, was born May 8, 1945 in Bethel, Oklahoma and departed this life on November 9, 2006 in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 61 years and 6 months.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her 1st husband: Billy Carl Cooper, 4 brothers: Clarence, Loyd, Floyd and Johnny Moss, 3 sisters: Betty Gantt, Barbara Scraper, Gladys McCauly, 2 grandchildren: Dakota Dalen Crisp and Damiea Loyce Swatsenbarg.
She is survived by a very loving family that includes 4 children: Doreen Kelley and husband Jack, Billy Gene Cooper, LaDonna Grace Cooper and Melody Loyce Swatsenbarg and husband Jonathan, 19 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, 2 brothers: Jack Moss and Billy Joe Moss, 3 sisters: Dorothy Vaughn, Joyce Hall, Pamela Colston, 1 special friend: Mose Kirk Jr., several nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends also survive her.
Graveside services were held Saturday, November 11, 2006 with Pastor Sue Choate officiating.
Interment followed in the Ewing Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
