Charles Leon Watson
May 29, 1939- May 2, 2007
Charles Leon Watson, son of Bill Watson and Virginia Downing, was born May 29, 1939 in Westville, Oklahoma and departed this life on May 2, 2007 at the age of 67 years, 11 months and 3 days.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son, David Watson, one brother, Alex "Butch" Downing, 1 sister; Jeannie Downing.
He is survived by his wife; Judy Watson of the home in Decatur, AR, children; Tony Joe Watson, Betty Jean Watson and Michael Wayne Watson all of Decator, AR., Charles Leon Watson Jr of Westville, OK and Robert Dewayne Watson and wife Teresa of Tahlequah, OK, 6 grandchildren, 1 sister; Shirley Downing of Westville, OK.
Graveside services were held Friday, May 4, 2007 in the Downing Cemetery with Bro. Bobby Cothren officiating.
Interment followed in the Downing Cemetery under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
