Shirley Marie (Bolyn) Lowry, daughter of Jeff and Martha (Still) Bolyn, was born on October 1, 1944, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She left this world for a better one on Thursday April 5, 2012, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 67.
Shirley was married to Raymond Lowry on January 21, 1969, in Weatherford, Texas. She was never able to have children of her own but loved all her nieces and nephews as if they were hers. Shirley was a very loving wife, sister and aunt. She loved growing flowers and spoiling her many cats.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Lowry, of the home in Park Hill, OK; two brothers, William Bolyn and wife, Sherry, of Weatherford, TX, Ray Bolyn and wife, Barbara, of Stilwell, OK; three sisters, Donna Long and husband, Robert, of Westville, OK, Margie Bolyn and fiancée, Roger, Jennie Mae Storm and special friend, Rick, all of Stilwell, OK.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Hart Memorial Chapel with Bro. Thomas Still and Bro. Elvin Still officiating. Interment will follow at Doublehead Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
