Funeral services for Leonard Johnson Sr., age 48, of Stilwell, were held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at Hart Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bill Pettit and Rev. Bill Woods officiating.
Interment followed at Doublehead Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
Leonard Wayne Johnson Sr., son of Charley Johnson Sr., and Geneva (Still) Johnson was born December 4, 1957 in Tahlequah, OK and passed away at the age of 48 years, 7 months and 17 days.
Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Charley Johnson Jr., one son, Charles William Johnson and an infant sister.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Vivian Johnson, of the home; two sons, Leonard Johnson Jr., and Michael Johnson, of the home; one daughter, Darla (Noss) Harrington and husband, Michael, of Westville, OK; one special grandson, Jalan "J.J." Harrington; three step grandchildren, Ashley Jordan and Robin Harrington, all of Westville, OK; a special nephew, Albert Baldridge, of Stilwell, OK; six brothers, Sammy Joe Johnson and wife, Linda, Kenny Johnson and wife, Connie, of Stilwell, OK, Richard Byrd and wife, Candy, of Chicago, IL, Denver Johnson and wife, Lois, of Nicut Community, J. D. Johnson, of Tahlequah, OK., Henry Johnson, of Stilwell, OK; two sisters, Mary Jane Limore, of Stilwell, OK., and Violet Still, of Webbers Falls, OK. Many nieces, nephews and host of friends and loved ones also survive him.
