Marland Keith Hogner was born July 1, 1963 to Tommy Hogner and Pat Doublehead. He went home to be with his Lord and Savior on July 22, 2016 at the age of 53 years and 22 days.

He was a member of Salem Baptist Church and was saved and baptized when he was nine years old. He worked as a semi truck driver for several years.

He loved spending time with family and friends, especially his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He enjoyed watching Marley play softball and laughing and making others laugh. He loved OU Sooners football, collecting arrowheads and being social.

Preceding Marland in death are, his dad, Tommy Hogner, grandparents Charlie and Maggie Cochran, Sam and Adiline Doublehead and nephew, Justin Rich.

He is survived by, sons, Kyp Hummingbird and wife, Nikita, and Kyron "Thumper" Gonzales, all of Stilwell; grandchildren, Journey and Keegan Hummingbird, of Stilwell; mom and dad, Pat and Adam Doublehead, of Stilwell; brothers, David Hogner, of Stilwell, George Hogner and wife, Giselle, of Muskogee; sisters, Joie Smith, Elaine and Bud Grigsby and Janis Harlen, all of Stilwell, Wanda and Jerri Brown, of Tahlequah; nieces, Taumi Hogner, April Dickson, Tiffany Smith, Marley Smith, Sherri Rich, Leeza Kester, Chelsea Rich, all of Stilwell, Serenity Rich, of Enid; great niece, Layla Nakedhead, of Stilwell; nephews, Brent Hogner, Christian Smith, of Stilwell and countless other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at New Life Church with Bro. Gary Flynn officiating. Interment will follow at Doublehead Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
