Claude Livers

Claude Livers, the son of Taylor Livers and Ella Mae (Seabolt) Livers, was born October 20, 1932, in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life May 29, 2012, at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 79 years, seven months and nine days.
Claude played baseball for the Latin Americans Minor League in Petaluma, California. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed whittling and watching sports, especially baseball. He worked as a foreman for Peterson Poultry Industry for 22 years. Claude was a member of Cherry Tree Baptist Church.
Preceding Claude in death were his parents, four sisters, three brothers and one sister-in-law. He is survived by son, Johnny Livers, of Stilwell, son and daughter-in-law, Jackie L. Livers and Micky Holman, of Park Hill; one daughter, Glenna Stockton, of North Carolina; two sisters, Myrtle Livers and Becky Asbill, both of Stilwell, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2012, at Chulio Cemetery with Bro. David Mink and Bro. Johnny Goodrich officiating. Final arrangements were entrusted to the care of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
