Nannie Gonzales daughter of Hooley and Martha (Hardbarger) Vann, was born February 19, 1931 in Bunch, Oklahoma and departed this life on March 27, 2010 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age 79 years, 1 month and 8 days.
Nannie was a member of Beaver Church and loved going to gospel singings. She had a great thumb and was great with flowers she also loved to cook while her health permitted. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Hooley and Martha Vann, her 1st Husband: Arch Jones, two sisters: Ida Nofire, and Ruby Daugherty, two brothers: Toolate and Johnny Vann, and one granddaughter: Carol Ann Jones.
She is survived by a very loving family that includes her husband: Dennis Gonzales of Stilwell, Ok, 3 Sons: Charlie Jones, Rocky Jones, Bob Jones and wife Reba all of Stilwell, Ok, 1 daughter: Imogene Hennessee and husband George of Gans, Ok, 1 sister: Mildred Wofford and husband Levi of Stilwell, Ok 1 brother: Leonard Vann of Tahlequah, Ok, 13 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home with Bro.John Gonzales, Jr. officiating. Interment followed at Chulio Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
