Sam Longbird was born 1884 in I.T., to Chese Longbird, born in I.T., and unnamed mother.
Sam died on February 7, 1919, at the age of 34 years. He was listed as a cherokee male, married, occupation was a farmer. Cause of death was listed as tuberculosis.
Joseph A. Patton M.D., County Supt of Health, was the medical doctor in charge. Dr. Patton states that he did not see the deceased at all.
Ned Longbird of Bunch was the informant, W. C. Lee was the registrar, report was filed on February 8, 1919.
He was buried in the Chuculate Cemetery on February 9, 1919.
Undertaker was listed as Ned Longbird of Bunch.
