Albert Ross, son of Levi and Mary Hardbarger Ross, was born on November 30, 1946 in Bunch, Oklahoma and departed this life on July 31, 2016 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 69 years and 8 months.

He enjoyed pitching horseshoes and fishing. He coached softball teams for many years and especially enjoyed watching his grandkids play sports. Albert was an OU fan.

Albert was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter Elizabeth Ann Ross; two sisters, Emma Jane Swimmer and Ollie Mae Ross; brothers Ronnie Fay Ross and George Ross.

He is survived by his sister, Lillie Ross of Bunch, brothers: Johnny Ross and wife, Robin of Keys, Okla..; Richard (Whitey) Ross and wife, Barbara of Bunch, five grandchildren who were being reared by Albert; Cheyandra L. Ross, Jacob Bishop, McKena Ross, McKaigen Pettit and April Pettit, all of the home. Also, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.

Funeral services were Friday, August 5, 2016 at Roberts/Reed- Culver Chapel, Stilwell, with Brother Donnie Sanders, Donnie Hardbarger and Brother Joe Grayson officiating. Interment followed at Chuculate Cemetery, Stilwell.
