Lacie Weaver was born in November 1923 to Tim Weaver born in Okla and Annie Blackbird born in Okla.

Lacie died on September 27, 1924, at age 9 months. Lacie was listed as a single cherokee male. Cause of death was listed as Ileo Colitio. Jos A. Patton M.D., was the medical doctor in charge. Dr. Patton states he never saw the deceased at all.

Informant was L. W. McCaleb of Stilwell. Report was filed on September 27, 1924, W C Lee was the registrar.

Lacie was buried in the Chuculate Cemetery on Septgember 27, 1924, undertaker was listed as L. W. McCaleb.
