Lucy Chuculate was born about 1878-1879 in I. T., to Seabolt born in I.T. No mother listed.

Lucy was 49 yrs old at the time of death, she died on July 24, 1928. She was listed as widowed, cherokee female and a housewife. Jos A. Patton M.D., was the medical doctor in charge. Cause of death was listed as T. B. of lungs. Dr. Patton states he did not see her.

Informant was Sam Chuculate of Bunch. Report was filed on July 25, 1928, W C Lee was the registrar.

Lucy was buried in the Chuculate Cemetery, undertaker was listed as J. F. Roberts of Stilwell.
