John Springwater was born (no date) (1900 or 1901) to Levi Springwater born in Okla and Lula McLemore born in Okla.

John died on August 1, 1924, at age 23 years. John was listed as a single indian male, and a farmer. Cause of death was listed as pnemonary tuberculosis. R. M. Church M.D., was the medical doctor in charge. Dr. Church states he saw the deceased on August 1, 1924.

Informant was Levi Springwater of Stilwell. Report was filed on August 1, 1924, W C Lee was the registrar.

Lacie was buried in the Chuculate Cemetery on August 2, 1924, undertaker was listed as L. W. McCaleb.
